Daisuke Kageyama


Daisuke Kageyama has more than 18 years of working experience in consulting firm and trading houses globally. He started his career in U.S., with clients such as as Southwest Airline and Sea World in San Diego. In Japan he also serviced clients like Olympus, Tanaka Precious Metals, Solid Works, AVAYA and Seiko Nano-technology.

Kageyama’s strength is from business corporate planning, marketing & sales planning to global alliance.

He has supported numerous Japanese enterprises and SMBs in their foray into foreign markets. He has serviced a wide spectrum of industries, from medical, manufacturer(food, machinery and software etc), hotel & restaurant and healthcare-service etc.

In addition, he has organised Business Delegation tours for numeruos countries such as Thailand, Singapore, UAE, Bahrain and Africa etc.


Richard Yap


Richard Yap started his career with the Singapore government. In the span of more than 10 years of his public sector, he has served in several government entities such as Ministry of National Development (Construction), Ministry of Defence (Computer Systems), as well as the International Operations Group of Singapore EDB and IE Singapore, both statutory boards of the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
Prior to JSC Solutions, he was Regional General Manager of the largest private real estate developer in Singapore. He is also a consultant in regional business development to several companies based in Singapore and overseas. He is also currently on the Advisory Board of a few high-tech venture companies from Europe and Asia in the areas of artificial Intelligence, manufacturing services and technology.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics) from the University of Tokyo under the sponsorship of Singapore Public Service Commission. Richard is now also the Secretary-General for the New Majulah Connection Society, EXCO committee with JUGAS (Japanese University Graduates Association of Singapore) and member of the EDB Society.


Fred Chik


Fred Chik has over 30 years of sales & marketing, engineering, manufacturing and company management experience in multinational corporations. He was awarded an overseas scholarship to study in Japan in 1980. He graduated from KEIO University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
He started his career in 1985 with NMB Semiconductor, a subsidiary Minebea Group, as a member of the pioneer team at the then world’s first fully automated semiconductor fabrication plant start-up in Japan. He was then transferred to the government-linked Singapore Technologies owned Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing in 1988 to support its start-up.
In 1995, Fred moved on to Sanyo Denso Industries(Singapore), a subsidiary of Sanyo Group of companies, to take on the position of General Manager and Managing Director. He was also a director and executive officer at Panasonic Electric Works Asia Pacific, overseeing business planning covering over 10 regional offices, and director of TOWA Asia Pacific, subsidiary of leading semiconductor equipment manufacturer in Japan.
